"I hope my husband finds gold to buy food to feed the children and us.  We are starving!"

I brought a cottage made from clay.  I got it from Wanaka.  It looks like an Arrowtown cottage.

Making peg dolls with Room 7 to celebrate 150 years since gold was discovered in Central Otago. .

Room 1 and Room 7 had a fantastic morning making peg dolls to add to the amazing mural in our school hall. With their buddy the children had to make a person using a variety of crafty bits and pieces to create a what a person would wear 150 years ago and what they might look like.  Well done Room 1 and Room 7.
